1) I'm going to Twilight...but alas, in Seattle. I'm going with a bunch of girls and it's going to be fun...you could come. I realize it would be a long drive or flight and impossible as you have...adorable "responsibilities" but here are some bonus reason for coming: a) you could bake me pumpkin-chocolate chip bread and b) i'll commiserate with you on cleaning up child barf (you still say barf...i remember you used to call it that and i laugh that you still do because i can hear your voice as i read!) and we can c) discuss the joys of motherhood, womanhood and even how when we were five and at Chloie's birthday party we both tried getting on a horsey at Chuck E Cheese's and I got up farther than you and kicked (with my feet!) you off... Well, it's probably not likely that you'll come...esp. if you remember how much of a brat that I was! I still can be...
2. I remember taking my violin to school and trying to hide it thanking myself for not choosing the cello. Now I wish I chose the cello--I think I'd still play it with it's gorgeous deep tones. I hated violin because it squeaked so much.
3. And most importantly: yes that is THE Rex Marin and his amazing, funny, smart wife, Heather. We were in Alderwood 1 with them last year. If you don't know her, get to. She's great. And having their third child.
